Exchanges, Returns And Refunds
Simmi’s Emporium will replace the product free of cost if you find the product delivered in damaged condition.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order. You will need to email us the image of the product part which is damaged to wecare@simmisemporium.com. Once we receive your mail we will verify it and send cross our courier partner to pick it up from your address. Then the item will be verified for damage and a refund for the cost of the goods to the original mode of payment will be refunded or the item will be replaces, whichever you prefer.
If exchange is approved, exchange or replacement products will be delivered 10 - 15 days.
Refund: Amount will be credited within 5 - 7 working days to your original mode of payment.
Incase of colour bleeding, as all our products are handmade with natural colours we recommend the first wash to be dry clean. Incase, it bleeds even after that we will be happy to take it back. You need to email us the dry clean bill for us to authenticate it.
